Return & Refund Policy

At PowerRig.ae, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened software

• Custom-built PCs

• Used or damaged items

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

How to Request a Return:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Navigate to “Orders” and select the item.

3. Click “Request Return” and follow instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
